Monday, October 26, 2009-Den Meeting (R2D, R3D, R4D, R5D, E6)

Robbie was our denner. For fun, we played "Tell it like it isn't" (requirement 4D), which is like 'Telephone' where one scout whispers a message to the next scout down the line to the end.
We practiced the flag ceremony and Pledge of Allegiance (requirement 2D).
We reviewed the Tiger Totem requirements (Motto, Law, Promise, Salute, Sign, etc).
The scouts learned about the Food pyramid (requirement 3D). Thank you Nichole!
For crafts, we made "Do Your Best" bookmarks (thank you Andrea!) and the boys collected leaves to do a leaf rubbing (requirement 5D). Thank you Nichole!
"Song Time" - We also practiced a song (Elective 6) to do a skit. Thank you Adam!
Special thanks to Rob and Melissa for opening their home to us, to Adam for providing the snacks, and to everyone who helped clean up.
